STUDIO POLICIES:

All in-studio classes are held at 305 Creekstone Ridge, Lower Level, Woodstock, GA 30188, unless otherwise noted.

We recommend pre-registering for any classes you would like to take. Our class sizes are kept to a 14 person maximum and require a three person minimum. By registering in advance, you secure your spot in class. You can pre-register at www.breathestudiobarre.com or by downloading the Schedulicity app.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class start time to prepare your space and gather any necessary props needed. If you are going to be a few minutes late, please alert instructor so we can prepare your spot for you. Classes will be closed five minutes after start times, and no one will be allowed to enter class. This is for your safety, and out of consideration to the instructor and other clients. Though discouraged, we understand that sometimes clients need to depart before class ends. If you are having one of those days, please exit quietly, and leave your mat and any props, so that the instructor knows to clean the mat after class.

Wear comfortable work-out clothing, preferably made from a material that is breathable to in-studio classes. Most people wear leggings and tank tops or t-shirts. We do not require grippy socks. However, do have some for sale at the studio. Paddleboard classes will be taught on the water. Wear clothing that you do not mind getting wet, such as running shorts, leggings, tank tops or bathing suit tops. Bring a hat or secured sunglasses – and don’t forget to wear sunscreen.

If you must cancel. Please do so at least 24 hours in advance. You may cancel or reschedule your reservation online through your Schedulicity account or by phone (call or text) 678-983-5299. If you cancel after the 24-hour cancellation policy/don’t show up for class you pre-registered for, your class will be forfeited, and no refund will be available. Special events, such as Buti Glow or Buti & Bubbles, require a 24-hour cancellation policy, and no refunds will be given.

You must be 13 years or older to participate in class. Participants 18 and under must be accompanied by a participating adult. Minors must have a parent or guardian come into the studio and sign a paper waiver before attending class. Breathe Pilates and Barre does not offer childcare. Children are not allowed to wait in the waiting area or in the studio while you take class.

Because we have limited space in our intimate studio, we want to ensure that any free space is offered to other participants in a timely manner. Additionally, classes are prepared with you in mind. Out of consideration to the instructor and other clients, please adhere to our policies so that we can better serve you.
