Specializing in several formats, we offer a variety of classes, including Barre, Pilates, Yoga and Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP). Classes are challenging for the muscles and easy on the joints – while also working toward improving our inner selves.

BARRE

Barre is a high intensity, low-impact, full-body workout that combines aspects of ballet, Pilates, strength and flexibility. Classes focus on lightweight, repetitive movements to lengthen and strengthen the muscles using body resistance, props, and barre work. We offer modifications to fit your fitness level.

BUTI YOGA®

Buti Yoga® is an empowering blend of plyometrics, core work, primal movement and yoga. If you find yourself letting your mind wander during yoga class, you have to experience BUTI! This musically driven workout energizes the feminine spirit, obliterates negative thoughts and patterns, and strengthens every fiber of your being!

CARDIO YOGA

Cardio Yoga is a Vinyasa (a flowing sequence) of Dynamic Yoga Asanas (yoga postures set into dynamic movement). The entire class is structured as a CALORIE BLASTING moving meditation. Based on the science of power postures, movement patterns are specifically designed and cued to evoke emotion creating uplifting feelings of joy and confidence.

BARRE BOUNCE

Rebounding – or bouncing – is a great way to de- stress; helps supports the pelvic floor; improves balance; builds strength; boosts lymphatic drainage and it is LOW IMPACT – so it is gentle on joints, cartilage and vertebrae.

PILATES REFORMER

We offer beginner and intermediate to advanced Pilates reformer classes, as well as cardio and HIIT and private sessions. These are standard Pilates reformer classes featuring the basic Pilates techniques and excercises plus their progressions. 

YOGA

Flow Yoga is an all levels class with attention to proper alignment, mind/body connection and linking breath with movement through yoga postures and stretching. Enjoy this class and leave feeling strengthened, stretched, relaxed and rejuvenated.

Take your practice outdoors to experience Breathe at a new level. Weather permitting, we offer a variety of pop-up classes in a natural environment.
